On paper I'm many things.
But I'm done separating myself from masses, glorifying the gifts that make me unique and instead now choose to focus on what makes you and I the same. The breath of life and a beating heart. The simplicity. We are love and we are unlimited potential. Although it seems somewhere along the way we forgot how incredible we are.

It is my Dharma to be both the instrument and the music. I am a student of life and a teacher of love. I offer myself as a channel for source to assist you on the journey home. I am in devotion to you dear friend.

A heart centred yoga studio located in Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast. A space birthed with loving intension for you to receive the wisdom of yoga and watch it transform your inner and outer world. Yoga is not just something you do with your body but rather an ancient teaching you apply to your life.

Join one of our nourishing Restorative or Gentle Yoga classes currently available Tuesday 5:30pm and Thursday 5:45pm.
These spaces are all permission for you to be exactly as you are. Optional reiki, massage and aromatherapy is included as well as live music.

I hold immense gratitude for my teachers who have passed down lineages of wisdom and to the spirit of this Earth which allows me to be a channel. I trust those magnetised to connecting with me and experiencing the gifts of love I offer, will always exactly what they need.

Birthing magical spaces and magnetising brothers and sistars together is an effortless service. Through navigating my own experiential life I have found deep healing and belonging in community connection. I'm passionate about dissolving all the barriers and allowing vulnerability and discomfort to be the fertiliser for evolution. By creating a safe and supportive environment and practicing free expression and active listening we empower ourselves into a higher level of truth and love.

Kids Yoga

When I reflect I realise I've taught children my whole life. It comes so naturally and brings me the greatest joy. A preliminary 4 years holding space for little people in Outdoor Education grew me as a teacher and became the fundament for my children's yoga teaching. There is nothing I am more passionate about, than co-regulation. The person we become as an adult is a direct reflection of our childhood which is why it is important that our children feel safe, seen, heard and loved.
